Order Processing and Delivery

Here at 2shytobuy we aim to despatch all orders within 5 days. You should allow 21 days from order date for delivery before sending a query. If your item is not available within 21 days, we will offer you the opportunity to cancel your order with a full refund or wait the short period of time until we can fulfil your order. We will keep you notified of any such activity.If any of the items you order are out of stock you will be notified by return email.
All goods are despatched by recorded delivery via the Royal Mail as standard, we accept no responsibility or liability for goods once they have been despatched by us.

Returns

We offer a full money back guarantee.To qualify you must return your goods within 30 days of receipt of the goods, complete with all original packaging and labels intact. The goods must also be undamaged and unsoiled. As long as these conditions are met, we will happily offer a full refund less any postage charges for the returned item. We also recommend, for your own security, that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office. For faulty items 2shytobuy will refund the postage. For non-faulty/unwanted items return postage will be the responsibility of the customer.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Payment

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, and Delta. United Kingdom and Euro cheques are acceptable, but your order will not be dispatched until the cheque has been cleared. All credit/debit card details given to this site are encrypted and are processed by PAYPAL Services. Any charges will appear on you credit/debit card statement as 2shytobuy.

All prices quoted on our web site are in pounds sterling.
Postage & Packing
Free on orders over £100
First Class Recorded Delivery £4.50 for any UK order
In the event that goods despatched by Recorded Delivery are not traced, we at 2shytobuy will replace such goods at no extra cost to you.

Complaints

In the unlikely event of a complaint, please email us, at support@2shytobuy.co.uk your complaint will be acknowledged within 2 working days and we will attempt to resolve it within 10 working days. In any case all issues will be resolved within a month of the complaint. The customer will be informed at every stage of the complaints process.
Nothing mentioned in these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights as a consumer
